If you are looking to host your next meeting, conference, workshop or event, then our variety of meeting rooms are a great option.

All of our meeting rooms include full access to our audio visual equipment, whether you are communicating with someone overseas or you are pitching a business idea to a room of investors – we’ve got you covered. Our meeting rooms cater for 2 up to 200+ people.

Our spacious, high quality rooms are perfect for all your needs and are operated in strict accordance with current social distancing guidelines, sanitised after each use with a seal added to the entrance giving you the satisfaction of knowing your meeting room is clean when you arrive.

The onsite cafe means food and drinks are available to order with all food individually wrapped and made available, along with disposable cups should you
wish, in your meeting room at the time of your choosing.

There’s a range of office sizes, whether you are a solo entrepreneur seeking a private space or a business with a cohort of staff to accommodate.

Meeting Room 1

Meeting Room 1 – located at the front of Brightfield Business Hub – is a large and flexible space suitable for multiple uses.

It boasts 487sq ft of floor space with the ability to seat up to 30 delegates in theatre style, 20 banqueting or up to 16 cabaret.

The Meeting Room has a large LED monitor, aiding audio visual presentations and is suitable for all kinds of corporate conferences, stake-holder presentations and business meetings.

The large windows on one side of the Meeting Room (fitted with blinds), give plenty of natural daylight and so it is also an ideal environment for displays and product demonstrations.

Meeting Room 2

Meeting Room 2 – located overlooking the Brightfield Business Hub courtyard – is a smaller  space suitable perfect for smaller meetings, training events and interviews.

It boasts 220 sq ft of floor space with the ability to seat up to 6 delegates in boardroom style

The large windows on one side of the Ash Room (fitted with blinds), give plenty of natural daylight and so it is also an ideal environment for displays and product demonstrations.

Conference Spaces at BBH

From 2 to 200 people BBH has a conference space suitable for all occasions. From large scale training events and conferences through to product launches and company get togethers, BBH has both the rooms, spaces and facilities to make your event a success.

Main Conference Area

Our stunning Conference Suite is located on the first floor and is a state-of-the-art and highly flexible space suitable for multiple uses.

It boasts 6050 sq ft of floor space with the ability to seat up to 200 delegates in theatre style, 108 banqueting or up to 100 cabaret.

The Conference Suite has a fully integrated PA and projection system and can be fitted out with a small stage and bespoke lighting. This makes it an ideal area for all kinds of corporate conferences, stake-holder presentations, training events and awards ceremonies.

The Conference Suite features large windows on two sides that give plenty of natural daylight making it the ideal environment for displays and exhibitions. Blackout blinds can be fitted if required to provide a darker environment for presentations.

A staircase provides direct access to the entrance and reception area, of the Conference Suite. Additionally all first floor rooms also have lift access.
