What you need to know!

Drop your ironing at BBH Reception on Tuesday’s by 17:00 to be collected every Wednesday. Baskets will be provided and are for you to keep to bring your clothing in each time.

Please ensure any clothing you wish to be ironed are dropped off by then, or if you prefer you can leave items at reception anytime, they will be securely stored away until collection on Wednesday.

Card payment is required at the point of drop off.

Clothes hangers will not be provided, should any of your items of clothing require a hanger you will need to supply your own or you can purchase from reception for £0.20 each, otherwise clothes will be folded.

Your clothing will be available for collection on Friday’s between 15:00 and 17:00, clothing will be securely locked away in our laundry room until collected.

 The cost per level basket of ironing costs £18.00+VAT.
